Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 4 chicken thighs
- 8 slices Parma ham
- 100g chorizo, sliced
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 400g tin crushed tomatoes
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 2 red chillies, halved length ways
- Vegetable oil

Method

1Preheat the oven to 200C.

2Heat a little vegetable oil in a TNS Shallow Casserole, and brown the chicken pieces.

3Wrap the chicken pieces in the Parma ham, and set aside.

4In the same pan, fry the onion and chorizo until brown. Add the chicken pieces back to the pan, and pour in the tinned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and chillies. Season with salt and pepper.

5Cover with lid and roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

6Season with salt, fresh ground pepper and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
