Ingredients
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 litre of water
- 1 lemon
- a handful of fresh mint
- ice

Method

1Boil 1 litre of water.

2Pop two green tea bags into a large jug and fill with the boiling water. Leave to cool.

3Remove the tea bags.

4Add in a few slices of fresh lemon and a handful of fresh mint.

5Serve chilled with plenty of ice.
