Ingredients
- 1.5 – 2 L rose wine
- 600g watermelon, cubed & frozen
- 1 cup water
- 400g strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- Juice of half a lemon

Method

1Pour your favourite Rose into a tray, allow to freeze overnight.

2Freeze 600g watermelon and freeze the pieces overnight.

3Make a strawberry syrup by simmering a cup of water with sugar, strawberries and lemon juice until sticky.

4Cool completely in the freezer.

5When ready to hand out welcome drinks simply add shards of frozen rose to a blender. Blend, add some watermelon and the strawberry syurp, blend again.

6Serve immediately
