  • 1.5 – 2 L rose wine
  • 600g watermelon, cubed & frozen
For the Strawberry Syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • 400g strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon

    Pour your favourite Rose into a tray, allow to freeze overnight.

    Freeze 600g watermelon and freeze the pieces overnight.

    Make a strawberry syrup by simmering a cup of water with sugar, strawberries and lemon juice until sticky.

    Cool completely in the freezer.

    When ready to hand out welcome drinks simply add shards of frozen rose to a blender. Blend, add some watermelon and the strawberry syurp, blend again.
